Perhaps one of the greatest mysteries in life is the female mind. It needs better maintenance than a car, requires superior strategizing to win her than any game, hotter than a cup of coffee, bittersweet like beer. They're like an addiction you can't quit, a puzzle you can't defeat. To be a good man for your girl, get to know how girls want to be handled by their boyfriends.

Listen to what she says. Girls love to talk more than boys; it is one of their emotional outlets, so understand why some women nag a lot. No matter how little you know about what they are talking about, try to listen and understand her. Make comments, ask questions and talk back. Frequent communication between couples makes relationships healthy.

Don't ever look at other women especially in the presence of your girl. Doing this does not only suggest infidelity, it also shows rudeness. Only focus your attention on her during dates, and if another woman is trying to lure you in to flirtation, don't show interest. Leave before your girl gets upset.

She may prefer to attend a pop concert than watch a championship game live with you. Give in to her and tag along with her to any gig she is dying to see. Not only will you see her have fun, you'll also score yourself a date with her in a show that you want.

Never run out of surprises. It would be sweet for a girl to know that her man made an effort just to make her smile. For every great thing that happens in her life, make it even greater by celebrating any victory won. Throw her a party after a promotion, or buy her a gift. A triumph is not the only reason for you to craft a surprise, it would be much appreciated if you surprise her in her down times to uplift her spirit.

Ask her how her day went and reciprocate. Do it not in the tone of interrogation, it may imply that you're suspicious of something. Make her feel that you're interested in knowing what made her day. This way, you're keeping the bond tight even if you are both busy with other things.

Control your jealousy. If there's one thing a couple should both have in order to keep the relationship alive, it is trust. The lack of it can lead to other things that will put love on the rocks. Don't restrict your girl from mingling with another man, but do make sure that it's for official purposes. Other men may want your girl for other reasons, but put enough trust in her loyalty so he'll choose no other man other than you.

Honesty is the best policy. This applies to all, regardless of gender. Having an honest affair shows that you are mature enough to take the relationship to a more serious level.
You must show her that you love her, not just by saying it but you must prove it to her in your actions.
